Well, there is such a show featuring Janice Dickinson as the entrepreneur owner of a new modeling agency - The Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency.
Janice puts her 30 plus years of fashion business experience to the test as she forms her own agency, casts for talent and even photographs the newly discovered talent.
The show follows agent Janice lead from the casting for new talent, to developing this new talent, to presenting new talent to a fashion house, to running the actual fashion show; thus providing a unique insight into the workings of a modeling talent agent.
From rejection to selection, from high to low; if you are mesmerized by fashion and hot models, than this is the show to watch.
During the first season on the Oxygen network, the show scored close to two million weekly viewers.
The new season premier is on January 10, 2007 at 10 pm ET on the Oxygen channel.

Jennifer Lopez - Wet and Wild
A dancer being drenched in water is a famous scene that appeared in the 1983 movie Flash Dance.
As we can see, movies are definitely the forerunner of fashion and movies trends.
For the original audition scene in Flash Dancer catapulted the whole trend of dancers into music video.
As record companies started to produce high-class video to promote their artists on the new music channel MTV that launched in August of 1981.
So powerful were the images of dancers in music video, that such luminaries of music entertainment as Jennifer Lopez incorporated dance sequences into their music video.
In 2003, Jennifer Lopez recreated the famous Flash Dance audition scene into her music video - I'm Glad.
From the ultra mini sweater dress skirt less scene, to the bucket of water drenching the dancer, to the wild and wet dance moves; the music video recreated the excitement of the original dance audition scene.
And definitely showed that a dancer becomes - the dance.
A little bit of splash back to start your week off on a hot and high but not dry note.
